Wedding Season Is Almost Here: A Practical Guide for Pastors

With summer just months away, wedding season is almost here. And as a wedding planner, I have spent the last few weeks meeting lots of brides and grooms. When I sit down with a couple, one of the first questions I get is “Do you know anyone who can officiate my wedding?”

As a wedding planner and as a Christian, I always recommend a a pastor who will guide the bride and groom not only through their wedding day, but through premarital counseling and in life. A wedding ceremony is just one day, but a marriage is for life.
