Each year, we give our users a gift on their birthday—a coupon code worth $20.00 to spend on Logos.com. This is our way of saying thank you for using Logos and that we want to help you celebrate your birthday.
Here’s how it works
At the beginning of your birthday month, we’ll send you an email with a coupon code worth $20.00 to spend on a future purchase on Logos.com. You can use the code on nearly anything from Logos.com: Logos 6 base packages, products from the monthly sale, or even the wish-list item you’ve been wanting.
You’ll have the whole month to use it, and we’ll send you a reminder email to make sure you don’t forget about it!
We need your help!
We don’t want anyone to miss out on getting their birthday gift. So in order to get your gift, there are two things you’ll need to do first:
- Log in to your Faithlife.com account and make sure your birthday is filled out under your account settings. Click on your name in the top right corner, select “Account settings,” and enter your birthday under “About you.”
- Check the box next to “Personalized Offers” on the email-list sign-up page. Make sure you’re signed in with the email address you want to use to receive your birthday gift.
Once you’ve done those two things, you’re all set to receive your birthday gift! Just wait for your birthday month and check your inbox for your email.
Add your birthday to your profile today: go to Faithlife.com and log in to get started.
I didn't have this turned on, and this is my BDay month. Do I have to wait until next year to get the hook up?

I’ve tried several times to put my birthday information into the relevant area on my account settings in the “About You” section but as soon as I leave and return they are reset. There doesn’t seem to be any kind of “save” option there and thus all the information just resets when I navigate away from the page.
Any suggestions?
