At Faithlife, we’re passionate about the Bible. That’s why we constantly innovate and design new tools, media, and datasets that help you uncover biblical truth and communicate those truths in fresh and insightful ways.

It can be hard to keep up with all these innovations—especially if you want to to reap the benefits of Logos as soon as possible. That’s why we’ve assembled the Logos Pros—a team of Bible experts with intimate knowledge of our software and a genuine passion to teach.

We believe, with a little training, anyone can learn to get the most out of Logos’ functionality and power. We want everyone, everywhere to become Logos Pros. That’s why we’re constantly crafting new training videos. These engaging tutorials highlight a specific tool, feature, or resource of the software and teach you a biblical truth, all while showing you how to use Logos in your own study of God’s Word.

Now you can learn at your own pace with the video tutorials on the new Logos Pro training page. We’re working hard to make Logos Pro training as comprehensive as possible. New videos are added all the time, so you’ll have access to an ever-growing library of tips and tricks to get the most out of your Bible study. Here’s a guided tour of our new hub of training resources.

Or, if you’re looking for a specific video, click on any of the videos under categories listed at the bottom of the page. Choose from subjects such as Bible Study, Preaching and Teaching, Greek and Hebrew, and more.

When you click on a video, we’ll take you to a dedicated page for a featured tool, dataset, or resource. For instance, here’s the training page for the Cultural Concepts tool. After you watch the tutorial, you can find recommendations for resources to help you get the most out of the features and tools demonstrated in the video. Plus, we’ve even curated other videos so you know where to go to continue your training.

Is there a series of teaching people to use Logos on a Windows PC for those who use a screen reader and thus can’t use a mouse in the program? We can read text but can’t click on anything in the text. so how can we best use Logos with all its bells and whistles?

  2. Dean Masters says:

I would love to see instructions on how we who use screen readers can fully use Logos with all its bells and whistles. right now we have to export a lot of the info to another file rather than use it in Logos. We can read text but can’t react with it since we can’t use the mouse to react with the text. so how can we get the most outo of Logos?

  3. Adam Borries (Logos Pro Team) says:

    Hi, Dean,
I recognize your name as a long-time advocate of blind Logos users! Getting Logos to be more compatible with screen-readers has always been on the planned road map, and the good news is, our developers are actively working on this problem now. There are some unique challenges here, and we are still exploring the best ways to solve some of them, but we are making progress.

We don’t have a release date for it yet, but once it ships, we will include documentation for interacting with JAWS and other readers.

In the meantime, we value your feedback. Uservoice is an important tool for Faitlife to gather user suggestions, and gauge which ideas have the most user interest. Please add your vote to this Uservoice thread, and share the link with other blind Logos users as well: https://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-6/suggestions/3360091-complete-access-for-blind-users-of-screen-reading
