1. Join the forums

Our customers come from all walks of life, have years of experience using our software, and are some of the most biblically minded and helpful people you’re likely to come across. The forums create an online community for them to connect, get answers about our products, report issues, make suggestions, and occasionally encourage other Logos users to pre-order that Pre-Pub they’re just dying to have.

If you’re having an issue trouble-shooting the software, chances are good that someone else out there has had the exact same problem and posted it to the forums. If you have a question, the forums are a great place to start looking for an answer.

Our developers, marketing team, and forum MVPs constantly monitor the forums to make sure we’re responding to customers. 2. Subscribe to our YouTube channel

The Logos YouTube channel is packed with video tutorials providing step-by-step instructions on how to use our software’s advanced features.

While you’re there, check out Logos endorsements from some of your favorite authors, plus original Bible verse animations created by the Logos design team.

3. Chat with our customer service team

Our awesome customer service team is available Monday–Saturday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m. (Pacific). Feel free to call or email them. When you do, you’ll be talking with a real Logos employee stationed at our headquarters in Bellingham, WA.
