Logos 5 looks good. On the “minimal crossgrade” page for “5,” I read “You do not currently own a base package,” but I do have Logos 4 and regularly receive updates. If I upgrade to 5, do I need to buy a crossgrade AND an upgrade package, or just an upgrade package?

      Hi Mr. Templeton,

The site should register that you own a Logos 4 base package. Are you sure you are signed in?

I am signed in. Can someone look into my 1/19/13 questions?

    Hi,
I currently own a Logos 4 package, but when I’ve tried (multiple times) to find out how much it would cost to upgrade to Logos 5, I’m told I currently don’t have a base package. What gives? Any way I can find out what the cost to upgrade would be? Thanks!
