Logos 4: Open Features to a Specific Screen Location

mp|seminars Tips

Today’s post is from Morris Proctor, certified and authorized trainer for Logos Bible Software. Morris has trained thousands of Logos users at his two-day Camp Logos training seminars.

When you click on a toolbar icon or make a choice from one of the menus, that selected feature will open, but it may not open exactly where you want it on the screen. In such cases you then have to drag the panel to the desired position. If this happens try this.

  • Click a toolbar icon or menu choice and hold down the left mouse button
  • Drag the feature to the desired location on the screen

The light blue highlighted area will let you know where the feature will open when you release the mouse!

I’ve just become the 5,983rd Fan of Logos Bible Software! I’ve been with a Logos Bible for a number of years. Morris Proctor has tutored me a number of times. In fact, Morris and I got off the Ark together; I came off first, of course, and Morris was in diapers, but the trip brought us across the great-flood-divide, so to speak. If you have not sat in one of Proctor’s MPSeminars, you may need to in 2010. It is one of the most Godly moments you’ll have in the precious word of the living God! Amen. God bless Logos, MPSeminars and Logos 4!!! c.

I’d love to go to one of his seminars, if there was one near Toronto, ON. In the 3 years since I purchased the software there hasn’t even been one close.

Can we persuade Morris to bring his seminar down under; I’d gladly fly to anywhere else in Australia to attend one!

That sure sounds like fun, but I can’t speak for Morris. Let him know of your interest in a Camp Logos Australia by emailing him at info@mpseminars.com.
